The farmhouse

The farmhouse Il Fienile di Orazio has organic certification and is located
In the north part of Sabina region at 86 km far to Rome

It is on the top of a hill (600 m high) with mountains and woods around that you can explore on foot starting straight from your room.

The farmhouse Il Fienile has 6 rooms, 3 double and 3 master rooms, each one of them with woody ceiling/floors. Il “Fienile” has two floors in which you can find wood stoves. At the lower floor there is a little restaurant, meanwhile upstairs we have dying room with big windows, where you might read a book or arrange special

Hospitality

The farmhouse has three different parts: the house, the barn and the dormitory rooms, and it surrounded by a lawn and shadow trees. There is also a swimming pool where you can refresh yourself like in a big old fountain.

There isn’t just the guest area but also a wood, an orchard, a vegetable garden, a pigsty, a goat stable, a henhouse, a vineyard, an olive grove. It’s possible to visit all these places on demand.

The atmosphere is cosy and familiar and it pays attention to all details without wasting anything.

The restaurant, with a shady veranda that you can enjoy particularly during summer, offers local and roman recipes. All dishes are handmade with our organic products.
