We produce an excellent extra virgin olive oil that we make from hilly olive plants with a very low acid level. We make our oil trough an old olive mill system. All our olives come from organic crops.

We produce handcraft wine with our organic grapes
– Red wine: Montepulciano d’Abruzzo wine yard
– White wine: Trebbiano/Malvasia wine yard
We produce different kind of tomatoes, pepperoni, eggplants, pumpkins, zucchini, cucumbers, salad, chard, cabbage, onions and more.
With our Cinta Senese purebred pigs, every year we produce ham, culatello, loin, cured meat, coppa, lard, bacon and cheek lard, meat and liver sausages that we use in our cooking
The milk, which is daily milked from our Camosciata delle Alpi purebred goats, is also:
-Pasteurized in order to serve it for breakfast to our guests,
-Incorporated raw in order to produce many typologies of cheese according to two different production methods: lactic or rennet
We pick up fruits according to the season. Among our fruits: plumps, cherries, black cherries, apricots, apples, figs, blackberries, elder, quince. Furthermore, we produce jam that you can taste during breakfast and mustard very suitable with all our cheese.
